1. Product Introduction
High-Pressure Ring Down Hole Drilling Rigs are mainly applied in non-coal underground mines, tunnels,irrigation works,and other drilling projects.They feature the comprehensive large-size & deep-hole rock drilling in geotechnical engineering, particularly suitable for underground projects.Besides, they are set to work in tunnels and stopes with height not more than 3.6 meters and no less than 3.2 meters,and the width not less than 2.6 meters. The working environment should be kept ventilated well.

● Safe Reliability:
1. Chassis walking adopts German Rexroth A4VG hydrostatic stepless speed change driv, front and rear axle adopt America DANA axle.
Walking chasis adopted Rexroth A4VG hydraulic stepless speed change and the axle is Anerican DANA brand. Service brake adopted double hydraulic brake, parking brake and emergency braking are spring braking.
Original Germany Deutz low pollution air-cooled D914L04 engine, EUR III emission. Matching Canada ESC platinum rhodium exhaust gas purifier reduced more hazardous substance of the exhaust gas emission.
Swiveling head was directly drived by low speed large torque hydraulic motor, very easy structure and reliable. The dealing device of the swiveling head effectively solved the problem of high pressure gas and water leak to the rotary motor. The swiveling head has long life and easy to maintenance, proprietary technology of our company.
The air and water system intergrated with washer and motor, which is more reliable and with longer service life.
With electronic impulse oil system, the impactor is effectively lubricated and has a long service life.
● Power Driving Mode:
1. Chassis is powered by diesel engine while the transiton is flexible.
2. Drilling is powered by electricity, low cost, low energy consumption and low noise.
● Drilling Performance:
1. The guide rail adopts a V-shaped structure, makes the drilling accuracy improved and the deviation slope less than 1%.
2. With faster dilling speed that one minute can drill 0.2m-0.3m.
● Drill Adaptation:
1. The rotary drill boom adopts gear rack, with large torque and reliable positioning. Provides all-round rock drilling.
2. Stable and reliable support mechanism to ensure drilling accuracy.
3. Stope height no lower than 3.2m, no higher than 3.6m, roadway width no narrow than 2.6m.
● Control Performance:
1. Hydraulic rod unloading system alleviates labor intensityand and saves auxiliary operation time.
2. Drilling and positioning can be controlled on movable platform which can realize long-distance and multi-directional operation.
3. The cab uses a lifting roof structure, the chassis shifting can be operated in the cab, and the drilling positioning can be operated on the mobile console.
4. The electronic control system adopts PLC program control technology to realize the automatic control of the positioning, propulsion and connection of the drill arm.
5. The operation console is provided with a display screen to intuitively see the positioning angle during the drilling process, the working pressure of the hydraulic system, the opening flow rate of each valve, and the alarm point.
